For each makeup order, it must total at least $30 US for the minimum amount when ordering makeup products. New product photos and product information, will be added from time to time on 'Our Products' page. We presently offer our products to Trinidad & Tobago residents only. Later this year, we hope to ship our makeup, skincare and other products abroad to Countries such as the USA, Canada, UK and in the Caribbean. For other Countries, please email us for shipping rates and additional information. Also, when ordering, please order the makeup or skincare products, at least 3 weeks before the date that the products are needed for. Presently, we do not stock makeup products or skincare products, as our products come from abroad. We want to ensure the best high quality products for our customers with each order. We are not responsible for items that are out of stock at certain times (please note that it is possible that at the time of your order, your chosen product or products may be out of stock). Out of stock products are not automatically shipped, and would need to be re-ordered.

 

We do not do rush orders. Also, if ordering for yourself, please order makeup and makeup kits to suit your skin tone (such as for dark, medium or fair skin). When ordering our makeup or skincare products, please make sure to give your full name, your full postal address, your billing address, your email address, your phone number with international country code (this important information must be given, to ensure correct and speedy delivery to our customers). When ordering products, make sure to put the correct name and description of each product, together with any particular shade or color e.g. for lipsticks, blushes, foundations, eye shadows, pressed powders etc). For our skincare products,1 quantity of 3 different products must be ordered together for each order placed (e.g. 1 face cleanser. 1 face scrub, 1 face cream etc). So 3 different skincare products must be placed for each order.  Products are also available as gift packages. For our fashionable face masks, a maximum of 10 face masks must be ordered per customer (due to high demand and limited stock).

 

Payment can be made by PayPal, Wire Transfer or Bank Account Payment. When you are ready to order, you will have to submit a signed PayPal/Credit Card form to us. For any wire transfer payments, we will send you the wire transfer information. Once an order has been placed and confirmed with us, no add-ons will be permitted after. Please order carefully. Damages and discrepancies regarding your order, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Someone must be present to receive shipment. If shipment is returned, customer will incur additional shipping charges. We do not accept returns due to customer error. If a product is shipped to a customer in error (where the error is on our side), the customer will be refunded for their original (correct) order. Please also note, some shipments may be delayed, or may take longer than usual to reach customers, because of current rules and Country lockdowns, as a result of the Coronavirus (covid-19 pandemic). We are not responsible for delayed product shipments, because of the covid-19 pandemic that is taking place worldwide.

 

Please note also, that some makeup or skincare products may be discontinued at any time. Prices are also subject to change without notice. Some (not all) makeup products come in boxes. Most of our makeup products from the 'chic line,' come in black round or black square cases (due to availability at the time of order). Most of our makeup products from the 'exquisite line,' come in platinum cases (embellished silver-white cases).  Some lipsticks may appear to have slight color separation in its case (clear lipstick container), but this is normal and may be so because of the lipstick contents or lipstick container, especially for our liquid metal lipsticks. Please read our product information thoroughly and clearly. If you are not sure about certain products, please email us about the product, to get further information before ordering. Please read all product labels carefully for the list of ingredients. If you are allergic to any ingredient, please do not use the product. If you have allergies, and you want to be certain of the ingredients in any of our products, please email us for more information about that product, before purchasing it. With certain bulk purchases, you may receive a free gift (once stock is available).

 

For mineral formulas (from our exquisite mineral line of makeup), the mineral ingredients in our formulas are natural. They may be subject to slight color variations. These variations may cause subtle differences in the appearance of the finished product color. Through careful color matching and approval procedures, we are able to maintain the color standard of the original formulas. There are no returns on mineral powders (no exceptions). All Sales are final.
